Security Information
Kirrihill Wines use SecurePay's Internet Payment Gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client's browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology.
A client's credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant's bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the client's browser. These secure processes provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing online.
Delivery and Returns
We are committed to resolving any problems that our Members experience with wine delivery. If you have any questions or issues regarding the delivery of your wines, please contact our Cellar Door team on 08 8842 4087.
Delivery Policy
Kirrihill Wines has Members all around the country. For that reason we put a lot of time and effort into making sure that we have the best possible delivery network to get your wines to you.
Our Delivery Carriers
Currently Kirrihill Wines uses Australia Post to deliver to all States and Territories. Australia Post is committed to providing Kirrihill Wines with a high-quality parcel service and is able to provide consistent on-time delivery through their modern and efficient networks.
Where do we deliver?
Kirrihill Wines can deliver wine to anywhere in Australia, except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as being in International waters. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area that you live in, please contact our Cellar Door on 08 8842 4087. Please note that all Australia Post deliveries to rural areas will be left at the local Post Office. Please note that for ease of delivery and tracking of your wine, we prefer that where possible you provide a Business Delivery Address. Your wine can then be delivered during normal business hours and signed for upon receipt.
Delivery charges
Delivery is $10 per dozen up to 5 dozen. Delivery for 6 dozen or more is free.
Calling Cards
Occasionally Australia Post may leave your wine at the local Post Office as they have been unable to deliver to your specified delivery address. In this instance Australia Post will leave a Calling Card for you, advising the location of your wine. If Australia Post does not hear from you within 7 days of leaving a Calling Card, they will contact Kirrihill Wines to clarify further action. Please note - legally wine cannot be delivered to persons under the age of 18.
Returns Policy
Kirrihill Wines are happy to accept returns from our Members provided the following guidelines are met: The Member should contact our Cellar Door within 30 days of the delivery to authorise the collection of goods and must be able to supply relevant information so that we can arrange a carrier to complete the task. We will then designate the task to a carrier, requesting for goods to be collected and returned. The designated carrier will then make arrangements by phone with the Member for the goods to be collected at a mutually convenient time. The goods must be in good order and have the membership details on the outside of the carton. The wines will be collected by the assigned carrier. Upon the receipt and validation of returned goods to Kirrihill Wines, the membership account will be credited.
Undeliverable Wines
The carrier will advise Kirrihill Wines if they are unable to deliver a particular carton of wine. We will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
