2008 Companions Chardonnay Viognier
An attractive lemon-yellow colour in the glass, with hints of green indicating the youthful nature of the wine. The nose is vibrant and zesty, with apricot notes from the Viognier combining with the white peach and melon aromas of the Chardonnay. The palate is supple and fruity, whilst retaining a vibrant, crisp acidity. An excellent drink-now style, with potential for short term bottle maturation.

2008 Companions Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
An attractive lemon-yellow in colour with green hints indicating the youthful nature of the wine. The nose is vibrant and zesty, with green apple and citrus aromas from the Sémillon combined with the riper tropical fruit notes of the Sauvignon Blanc. Added complexity comes from the subtle buttered toast aromas of oak maturation. The palate is vibrant, fresh and fruity making an excellent drink now style of wine. Drinking well now this wine will improve with short term cellaring.

2008 Companions Rose
A vibrant deep pink in colour. The nose is bursting with juicy strawberry and raspberry aromas. The lively palate is full of sweet, red berry fruits, overlaid with a cranberry lift. A crisp and crunchy finish leaves one feeling dry and refreshed.

2007 Companions Tempranillo Garnacha
An attractive lighter, fresher style of wine with a vibrant, lifted red fruit nose and spicy, vanilla aromas. On the palate there are primary fruit flavours of raspberry and strawberry from the Garnacha combined with prune and plum flavours from the Tempranillo.

2007 Companions Cabernet Merlot
Deep red, almost purple in colour with lifted aromas showing strong vatietal typicity, coupled with complex secondary notes gained from extended barrel maturation. Rich and soft in the mouth, with intense blackcurrant Cabernet flavour supported by a plummy richness from the Merlot. Fine-grained tannins leave a soft, velvety impression on the finish which features lingering cassis and cocoa bean flavours. The wine will continue to soften and develop further complexity over the next 4-5 years if properly cellared.

2009 Single Vineyard Series Riesling
This wine positively glows in the glass, with a pale yellow colour of brilliant clarity. The nose exhibits classic spicy lemon and lime zest aromas with perfumed scents of orange blossom. The palate is rich and concentrated, yet at the same time fine and delicate. The intensely focussed fruit is supported by mouth-watering acidity. The finish is clean and persistent. Although drinking beautifully now, this is a wine with excellent ageing potential.

2008 Single Vineyard Series Pinot Grigio
A beautiful bright, pale straw-yellow in colour with lovely aromas of tart apple, juicy pear and a hint of spice. A restrained, mineral palate with zesty citrus and stone-fruit flavours. This is a crisp and refreshing wine, with delicate yet intense fruit flavours.

2009 Single Vineyard Series Sauvignon Blanc
Pale straw-yellow in colour with archetypal Sauvignon Blanc aromatics on the nose of cut grass, citrus fruits and tropical fruit scents. There is an abundance of sweet fruit on the palate with pineapple, passionfruit and honeydew melon balanced with herbaeous undertones. The concentrated mid-palate richness leads to a dry finish of considerable length and persistence, with the fruit intensified by a racy acidity.

2008 Single Vineyard Series Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Vibrant deep purples and reds in the glass, this wine shows the classic Clare Cabernet characters of blackcurrant, plum, cassis and crushed violets on the nose with enticing cedary notes. The palate features black ripe berries, mulberries and plum fruit with well-integrated oak framed by elegant tannins. The length and depth of this wine is intense and seductive.
Although drinking well now, this is a wine that will benefit from cellaring for up to ten years.

2008 Single Vineyard Series Clare Valley Shiraz
Deep purples in the glass lead to a nose reminiscent of black and blue berry fruit, mocha and vanilin oak. The seductive palate is rich and intense with plum, black cassis fruit with hints of chocolate, liquorice and earthy exotic spices. Cedary oak is evident but well integrated and the finish is smooth and persistent. Although drinking well now, this is a wine that will benefit from cellaring for up to ten years.

2006 Single Vineyard Series Shiraz Mourvedre Grenache
This wine is a combination of the three classic southern Rhône varieties that have traditionally been blended to produce soft, rich and flavoursome wines. A harmonious union of Shiraz (45%), Mourvèdre (35%) and Grenache (20%) highlighting the synergy of these three varieties. It exhibits ripe blackberry and green pepper spice characters from the Shiraz and Mourvèdre with sweet cherry fruit and a textural richness from the Grenache. There is a hint of smoky oak on the long, smooth finish. Although drinking well now, this is a wine which will benefit from medium term cellaring.

2006 Langhorne Creek Shiraz
A deep red colour with purple tints indicates a youthful, full-bodied wine. The nose shows intense pepper and spice, with berry and plum notes. Sweet oak is alos evident. THe soft and generous palate is loaded with ripe, fleshy frits, rich dark chocolate, and characteristic earthy tones. Our objective when finalising the blend for this wine, was to create a wine that showcases the classic characters of Clare Valley Shiraz. The nose is entices with hints of black pepper and berry fruits which are complemented by the enticing cedary notes from the oak. The palate is chock full of sweet blackberry and plum fruit flavours with hints of chocolate and exotic spices supported by well integrated oak framed by elegant tannins.
