Innovative and environmentally sound, our state-of-the-art winery without walls has an emphasis on ecologically sound practices. The resourceful design is built on a sloping site utilising gravity and energy saving natural light and shade. Winery waste water is recycled, treated and reused, while rainwater is captured to reduce chlorinated mains water usage and demand on the Murray Darling basin, with spent grape marc composted to be used as organic fertiliser.
